WOODBURN — Pet owners and parents of small children were able to enjoy Halloween a day early this year. On Oct. 30, Coastal Farm and Ranch in Woodburn hosted a pet costume contest at 5 p.m. A couple hours earlier, the city of Woodburn hosted a downtown trick-or-treating event for children.
