WAAST seniors Adam Buchholz and Jon Chinyavong raised nearly $200 in pennies for Love Santa Inc.

Senior Adam Buchholz, 18, initiated the Woodburn Academy of Art, Science and Technology’s penny war for his leadership class along with classmate Jon Chinyavong. The three-day fundraiser collected $191 that went toward Love Santa Inc.
WOODBURN — War was waged at the Woodburn Academy of Art, Science and Technology, but for a good cause.
