Darrell Scott, father of Columbine shooting victim Rachel Scott, delivers 'Rachel's Challenge' to GHS students April 24
By Garrett Rudolph
Darrell Scott (right), father of Columbine victim Rachel Scott, brought his daughter's message to Gervais School District students and parents Thursday in three different sessions. "Rachel's Challenge" is broken down into five challenges:

* Look for the best in others - eliminate prejudice

* Dare to dream - set goals and keep a journal

* Choose positive influences - input determines output

* Kind words and actions = huge results

* Start a chain reaction with family and friends

Scott then asked students what they could do to start chain reactions of positive change in their lives.
