ASSAULT
Friday, June 23 at 10:37 p.m.: The intersection of Front and J streets. Audrey Krishtal, of Woodburn, was arrested on charges of escape II, assault, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance II, assaulting a police officer and violation of the basic rule by driving 85 mph in a 55 mph zone.
DRIVING UNINSURED
Saturday, June 24 at 5:32 p.m.: The intersection of G Street and Highway 99E. Leonardo Rafael, of Hubbard, was arrested on charges of failure to carry and present, defective lighting, no operator's license, and driving uninsured. He was transported to the MCCF.
DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Thursday, June 22 at 7:48 p.m.: The intersection of E and Second streets. Jose Alfredo Coria (aka: Rincon), of Salem, was arrested on the charge of driving while suspended.
Saturday, June 24 at 1:12 a.m.: The intersection of Grim Road and Highway 99E. Scott Alan McCall was arrested on charges of driving while suspended, possession of an open container and violation of the basic rule by driving 82 mph in a 55 mph zone.
FORGERY
Monday, June 26 at 2:48 a.m.: The intersection of First and J streets. Imelda Gaspar, of Woodburn, was arrested on the charge of forgery I when officers discovered that she had in her possession two forged social security cards.
GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO A POLICE OFFICER
Friday, June 23 at 7:16 p.m.: The intersection of Highway 99E and G Street. Barnabe Garcia (aka: Antonio), of Molalla, was arrested on the charges of failure to carry/present a drivers license, giving false information to a police officer, no operator's licensee, driving without vehicle insurance and violation of the basic rule by traveling 44 mph in a 25 mph zone. He was transported to and lodged in the MCCF.
THEFT
Monday, June 19 at 5:32 p.m.: The 3100 block of Hoodview Drive. A 15-year-old male was arrested on theft II and criminal trespass II charges.

Thursday, June 29 at 8:45 p.m.: The 400 block of Broadway Street. Virginia Lynn Long was arrested on the charge of assault IV-domestic and was transported to and lodged in the MCCF.
Friday, June 30 at 9:22 p.m.: The 100 block of Gatch Street. Daniel Hardwick was arrested on an aggravated assault IV change and transported to the MCCF.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Monday, June 26 at 3:40 a.m.: The 1100 block of Willow Avenue. Eric Reyes was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct II following multiple fights.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS (DUII)(ALCOHOL)
Friday, June 30 at 10:01 p.m.: The 1200 block of McKinley Street. Patricio Vasquez-Alvarado was arrested on a Marion County bench warrant for DUII and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the MCCF.
Saturday, July 1 at 11:43 p.m.: The intersection of Settlemier Avenue and Harrison Street. Jose Luis Ramos (aka: Chavez) was arrested on the charge of DUII and recorded a .24 percent breath alcohol content.
DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Tuesday, July 4 at 9:19 a.m.: The 100 block of E. Lincoln Street. Jose DeJesus (aka: Martinez) was arrested on the charge of driving while suspended.
HIT AND RUN
Sunday, July 2 at 5:07 p.m.: On Newberg Highway. A hit and run was reported when a car struck another from behind while it was waiting for traffic to move. The car pulled over, and then ran from the scene.
MINOR IN POSSESSION
Thursday, June 29 at 8:10 p.m.: The 300 block of S. Evergreen Road. Eighteen-year-old Michael Contreras was arrested on charges of minor in possession, no operator's license and failure to carry/present and operator's license.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Thursday, June 29 at 3:34 p.m.: The intersection of Gatch and Young streets. Kevin Aaron Cooksey was arrested on the charge of PCS II and was transported to the MCCF.
Tuesday, July 4 at 1:18 a.m.: The intersection of Hardcastle Avenue and Gatch Street. Ellias Olivarez was arrested on the following charges: PCS II, attempting to elude an officer/vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon; resisting arrest and having an improper exhaust system. He was transported to the MCCF.
PROSTITUTION
Friday, June 30 at 1:59 p.m.: The 400 block of N. Front Street. Pablo Montero (aka: Sierra), of Keizer, was arrested on charges of solicitation of prostitution.
THEFT
Wednesday, June 28 at 9:54 p.m.: The 600 block of N. Third Street. A theft II was reported when $650 in cash and four checkbood fillers, valued at $15, were reported stolen from a home.
WARRANTS
Wednesday, June 21 at 1:41 p.m.: The intersection of E. Cleveland and Hawley streets. Jose Rodriguez-Cano was attested on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear on a burglary I indictment and failure to appear on a PCS II charge. He was transported to the MCCF.
Saturday, July 1 at 11:15 a.m.: Leopoldo Rangel-Chavez was arrested on a Marion County warrant on the charge of attempting to elude an office by vehicle. He was transported to the MCCF.
Sunday, July 2 at 4:30 a.m.: The 1200 block of Country Club Road. Josie Jamie Gasca-Rojas was arrested on a Marion County bench warrant for giving false information to a police officer. Gasca-Rojas was transported to the MCCF.
Monday, July 3 at 4:10 p.m.: The 700 block of Young Street. Shelly Lee Edwards on a Marion County parole violation warrant and was transported to the MCCF.
