Arnold and Carolyn Donnelly of Woodburn, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Lance Donnelly, to Kristina Rubel, daughter of Becky and Daniel Crooke, along with Dan Rubel of Salem. Lance graduated from North Marion High School in 1998 and received a degree in economics from Western Oregon University in 2001. Kristina graduated from McNary High School in 2001 and received a degree in business marketing for Portland State University in 2005. Together the couple created Tan Republic, a successful tanning salon franchise company across the state. An October 2008 wedding is planned at a West Salem vineyard.
