A pair of Allied Waste’s trash and recycling collection vehicles bask in the sun in the company’s main compound on North?Front Street in Woodburn. With growing costs for labor and fuel, as well as the need to replace some of its trucks, the company has been granted a modest rate increase. The new rates will be effective Nov. 1.
