A group of ladies at Country Meadows Village has been meeting since early July, making hats to donate to three local organizations:?Silverton Hospital’s birthing center, Love Santa and a local hospice group. (From left) Jean Brachman, Helen Lichty and Wanda Parmeter, who started the group, enjoy a social hour of conversation and working with their hands every Thursday at 1 p.m.
