Guests of the St. Luke Preschool dedication ceremony recite the Pledge of Allegiance to a flag held by Jeromie Rehder, brother of Pfc. Anthony Justesen, who is the preschool’s namesake. Justesen, a 2003 graduate of St. Luke Catholic School, was killed in 2010 in Afghanistan.
