Deputy City Recorder Susie Zwemke stands at the city administration counter in the main lobby of the new Gervais City Hall building. After years of planning and effort, the efficient and attractive new facility opened for business on Feb. 27. A public open house to show off the new building is scheduled for March 31, from noon until 3 p.m.
