Roberto Jimenez, executive director of Woodburn’s Farmworker Housing Development Corporation, points to a schematic of the planned expansion of the Nuevo Amanecer housing area. Currently, the housing complex, located at 1274 N. Fifth St. in Woodburn, provides residential units for 90 families. The expansion will provide housing for an additional 40 families.
