The Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce handed out awards Jan. 13 at its annual breakfast. Outgoing president Ferren Taylor presented awards to Laura Dix and Bob Rhoades of LPL Financial as one of two Business of Year recipients. Darcy Ruef, of Al's Garden Center, received the other Business of the Year award.
