A.W.A.R.E. Food Bank hit hard -- with junk

People have been leaving unwanted items at the A.W.A.R.E. Food Bank in downtown Woodburn, and the problem is getting out of hand. No one can claim ignorance of the law, as signs make clear that leaving junk at the site is prohibited. Anyone caught leaving unwanted goods on the property is subject to a significant fine.
