Train collision

A truck couldn't get out of the way of an oncoming train at Hardcastle Avenue on Thursday morning, slicing the empty trailer in half. The driver of the truck and train were both uninjured in the accident. Access to downtown Woodburn has opened at Lincoln and Young streets. Hardcastle Avenue is still closed indefinitely.
