Eliarosa Zepeda (right), a senior at Woodburn Arts and Communications Academy, takes a swimming lesson with Pheodora Bobkov at the Woodburn Aquatic Center. Through a grant from the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce, the aquatic center is providing free lessons to members of the Boys & Girls Club through its new outdoors program.
