After addressing the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 12, Oregon Attorney General John Kroger (left) paused to chat with Chamber President Ferren Taylor (center) and Harry Lee Kwai of Gervais Telephone Company. Kroger touched on a variety of issues, from business regulation to Internet scams, during the Chamber’s monthly luncheon at Woodburn Health Center.
