Woodburn Public Works Department employees work on fixing a broken water pipeline near the intersection of Leasure Street and Highway 214. A failed valve on Sunday morning unleashed a torrent of water strong enough to lift a bit of the pavement. Repairs were completed and the street was repaved on Tuesday evening.
