OCDC celebrates 40th anniversary

The staff at the Oregon Child Development Coalition facility in Woodburn gathered to celebrate the organization’s 40th anniversary on Tuesday. The organization provides care to children from low income families ages 6 weeks to 5 years old and focuses on preparing them for kindergarten.
