Tuesday, Jun 28, 2011

Doug Burkhardt

Most of the Woodburn Water Treatment Plant’s operations, maintenance, utility, and administrative staff were at the Molalla Road facility last Thursday, and they briefly gathered to commemorate the award the plant received from the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association. Curtis Stultz (far left), is the supervisor at the wastewater plant. Stultz has served the Woodburn Public Works Department for the past 21 years.
