Sgt. Jason Tlusty (right) shares a laugh with some Woodburn police officers before conducting a firearms training session Thursday afternoon. Tlusty was one of three instructors on hand leading the training session during one of the department’s in-service days. Tlusty is retiring this month after 30 years in law enforcement. June 22 will be his last day and the department is hosting a reception in his honor that day.
