The Woodburn LUChA Club donated $1,700 to the Woodburn School District toward the purchase of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Pictured above are several members of the club, presenting the check to Superintendent David Bautista (second from left). The club’s adviser, Julia Vera Courtney (far right) said the group will do more fundraisers in the summer to help with purchasing more AEDs.
