Newberg man charged with DUII in St. Paul accident

Dylan Windsor, of Newberg, crashed his 1992 Oldsmobile into a WinCo trailer Thursday evening near St. Paul. Windsor was taken by LifeFlight to a Portland hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
