Woodburn Academy of Art, Science and Technology Principal Geri Federico (left) and Richard Ramirez share a laugh Thursday in Federico’s office. Federico said she wasn’t sure Ramirez was going to make it to graduation after poor choices his freshman year but is proud of how he turned things around.
