Ana Berta Rosa cries last Thursday night as she tells the audience about how she was exploited in her job as a house cleaner. Rosa was one of dozens to take part in a town hall meeting at Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United (PCUN) headquarters in Woodburn that covered wage theft and other labor rights issues. The practice, according to the Oregon Coalition to Stop Wage Theft, is particularly prevalent among field workers and other undocumented immigrants.
