Fifth Street project begins

Crews from NW Natural Gas work to relocate gas lines Monday morning on Harrison Street in Woodburn. They were taking advantage of spring break to get noisy prep work done near St. Luke Catholic School before construction starts on the Fifth Street Project next month. A preconstruction conference will be held March 31 for an overview of project timeline.
