Ex-inmate Roger Bradford Jr., who is now a licensed barber, laughs with one of the incarcerated youths, Michael, as he combs his hair Monday at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. Bradford visited the facility for the first time this week since serving time there in the mid-1980s after stealing a truck with a gun on him at age 16.
