Rachel Cavanaugh
Bruce Turnidge, who was convicted, along with his son, Joshua, for planting a bomb outside West Coast Bank in Woodburn that killed two police officers, maimed a third and injured a bank employee, spoke for the first time at the sentencing hearing Monday.
