This scene, from the day after the Dec. 12, 2008 West Coast Bank bombing, was all too familiar for Woodburn residents for several days after the blast. Bruce and Joshua Turnidge were convicted on Dec. 8 of orchestrating the blast, which killed two police officers and wounded a third.
