Woodburn City Administrator Scott Derickson testified Wednesday at the trial of Bruce and Joshua Turnidge, the father-son duo accused of orchestrating the Dec. 12, 2008 bombing that took the lives of two police officers and seriously injured a third. A bank employee was also injured in the blast.
