Woodburn Police Chief Scott Russell testified at the aggravated murder trial of Bruce and Joshua Turnidge, the father-son duo accused of orchestrating the Dec. 12, 2008 bank bombing that killed Woodburn Police Capt. Tom Tennant, Oregon State Sr. Trooper William Hakim and seriously injuring Russell.
