Woodburn Police Det. Nick Wilson gives an emotional account of what he saw moments after the bomb exploded at West Coast Bank on Dec. 12, 2008, killing Woodburn Police Capt. Tom Tennant and Oregon State Senior Trooper William Hakim. Woodburn Police Chief Scott Russell was also seriously injured in the blast.
