Turnidge trial

Marion County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Hart ruled in favor of the defense Friday at a pretrial hearing. The trial of Bruce and Joshua Turnidge, the father-son duo accused of orchestrating the West Coast Bank bombing that killed two police officers and seriously injured a third, is scheduled to begin Sept. 29.
