Pastor Dave Dougherty from Hoodview Church of God addresses St. Luke Catholic School students at Woodburn’s Day of Prayer on Thursday. Many community members, including five local ministers, convened on the steps of City Hall to offer prayers, sing songs and read Scriptures.
