Young Woodburn resident Isaac Karsseboom, 7, poses with “Bella,” his 4-year-old Chihuahua on Thursday at Coastal Farm & Ranch. The duo took second place in the “small dogs” division of the store’s Halloween pet costume contest. The pair dressed up as bee and beekeeper, complete with a homemade honeycomb.
