Flashing yellow light means slow

There will soon be a crosswalk with a flashing yellow light for pedestrians to use when crossing Mt. Hood Avenue at the intersection of Park Avenue, near Salud Medical Center. Currently, as seen above, there is no form of a crosswalk, yet pedestrians regularly cross the street here, causing dangerous situations.
