Even though 4.5 million people frequent the Woodburn Company Stores every year, most of those visitors probably don’t even realize we have a downtown. Part of that is because there is currently no anchor tenant who drives people to shop, dine or do business there.

Working for helmets should inspire coaches everywhere

What started out as a joke has produced remarkable results for the North Marion football team. A photo on Facebook of coach Doug Bilodeau holding a sign that reads, “Will Work for Helmets” gained nationwide attention, and has not only spiraled into a viral success, but has established a new style of fundraising that could stick around.
