Food bank enjoying new digs

Dogs available for adoption Wednesday

PORTLAND — The first group of dogs rescued from a Brooks facility in January will be available for adoption starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Oregon Humane Society announced the adoption of 45 dogs after the owner of Willamette Valley Animal Rescue in Brooks, who faces animal neglect charges, relinquished ownership.
