Mikkola returns to active duty

WOODBURN — Woodburn Police Sgt. John Mikkola is back at work after being shot three times earlier this year. Doctors released him back to active duty with the Woodburn Police Department (WPD) on July 14 after three and a half months of rest and rehabilitation.
